RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At TEDxOrlando Store, all products are made to order. Because of this, we have a limited returns policy.

MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All of our products are printed on demand specifically for each customer. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will issue a free replacement or a refund. You will not be required to return the damaged item.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please allow 10–15 business days after the estimated delivery date. Contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs, weather, or service disruptions. However, we will always do our best to assist.
